HoPe improves preschool and elementary education in the mountain villages by providing decent school buildings, classroom furniture, adapted materials and techniques, and further education for the teachers. Additionally, respectable teachers' quarters are provided to make teaching at these schools more inviting. The schools lie so far from anything that the teachers must stay at the schools during the week. All elementary schools will receive a vegetable greenhouse along with coaching for the growth of new vegetables from the high school teachers.
